Grand Champion
Sharue Sun Prince

A tribute to a very special cat.

They say memories are golden, well maybe that is true.
I never wanted memories, I only wanted you.

A million times I needed you, a million times I cried.
If love alone could have saved you, you never would have died.

In life I loved you dearly, In death I love you still.
In my heart you hold a place no one could ever fill.

If tears could build a stairway and heartache make a lane,
I'd walk the path to heaven and bring you back again.

Grand Champion Sharue Sun Prince at the Siamese Cat Club Show in England on Exhibition in the "Gallery of Fame" in November 2002.

At this show in 2002 Sunny took First Prize for the cat with the best temperament, his grandson Sharue Next Generation got 3rd place in a class of 16 cats.

The following photographs are some of the last taken of Sunny, my wonderful boy, taken late October 2003. A freak veterinary error caused the death of my Sunny, he was given a massive overdose of a drug meant only for dogs, only days before, he had impregnated Sharue Krystalblue, I am lucky to have his last son and daughter born on the 3rd February 2004, 2 months after his death

Each Sunday I light a candle for Sunny, I keep his ashes with the ashes of his mother "Mouse" and his son "Rocky" (who died of cancer at only 15 months old)

I cherish the years I was privileged to share with my beautiful boy, he was born in my hands and we had almost 14 wonderful years together, I know that one day my love, we will meet again.  I will love you and miss you until then, Sylvia x.
